We were presented with a JCB Loadall with excessive wear in the end of the boom & carriage tilt. The price of new parts were prohibitive expensive. So the solution was to repair or fabricate the required parts.

The push link that had pulled apart was replaced with a newly manufactured part, again fitted with hardened steel bushes.

The TIP link had the damaged pin holes welded & re-bored. The main boss on end of the boom was cut out and a newly manufactured Boss was welded in place. |
